This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by ExyPay, operated by Bitware Technologies Pvt Ltd. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and options with respect to payments made on our platform.
Overview
ExyPay is a technology platform that enables businesses to set up and manage recurring payment collection from their customers. All fees charged by ExyPay are for access to our platform, tools, and infrastructure — not for individual transactions on behalf of end customers.
We aim to provide a reliable, transparent service. If you ever experience an issue, our support team is always available to help you resolve it quickly.
No Refund Policy
ExyPay does not offer refunds on any fees or charges once a payment has been processed.
All payments made to ExyPay for platform access, subscription fees, or service charges are non-refundable. This applies to:
- ●Platform subscription or usage fees paid in advance
- ●Onboarding or setup charges
- ●Any fees incurred during a billing period, even if the service was not fully utilised
- ●Partially used billing cycles
Payment gateway transaction fees charged by third-party providers (e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree) are non-refundable and outside ExyPay's control.
Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, we believe you should always have control over your subscription. If you are experiencing difficulties with our service or simply wish to stop using ExyPay, you can request a cancellation at any time — with no questions asked.
Upon cancellation:
- 1 Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.
- 2 All future recurring billing and automated payment collections will be stopped immediately upon confirmation.
- 3 Any active mandates or UPI AutoPay subscriptions linked to your account will be cancelled in accordance with RBI/NPCI guidelines.
- 4 You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation via email within 2 business days.
To request a cancellation, simply contact our support team at support@exypay.in or via WhatsApp. We'll handle everything for you.
After Cancellation
Once your cancellation is processed, the following will apply to your account:
- ●Access to the ExyPay dashboard and platform will continue until the end of your current paid period
- ●No new charges will be initiated after cancellation is confirmed
- ●Existing transaction records and reports will remain accessible for download for 30 days post-cancellation
- ●Customer data managed within ExyPay will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
