ExyPay is a technology platform that enables businesses to collect payments from their customers through recurring billing, payment links, and mandate-based payment methods.
ExyPay does not act as a financial institution, lender, or payment aggregator. All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers.
Eligibility
By using ExyPay, you confirm that:

Services
ExyPay provides the following services to its users:
- ●Recurring payment setup and management
- ●Payment collection tools (UPI, cards, mandates, etc.)
- ●Customer billing and notification workflows
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to the following obligations while using the ExyPay platform:
- ●Provide accurate and complete information
- ●Use the platform only for legitimate business transactions
- ●Obtain proper consent from customers for recurring payments
- ●Comply with RBI/NPCI guidelines for mandates and billing
Payments
- ●All payments are processed via third-party payment gateways
- ●ExyPay does not store or hold funds
- ●Settlement is handled directly by the payment gateway
Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities on the platform:
- ●Use ExyPay for illegal or fraudulent activities
- ●Misrepresent services or payment terms to customers
- ●Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Limitation of Liability
ExyPay shall not be liable for the following:
- ●Payment failures due to bank or gateway issues
- ●Delays in settlement by payment providers
- ●Loss arising from incorrect data provided by users
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe or repeated policy breaches.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
